Members' Guidelines
Welcome to the Rajasthan High Court Advocates’ Association

The Rajasthan High Court Advocates Association is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and mutual respect among its members. Every member is expected to contribute positively to the legal fraternity and uphold the dignity of the legal profession.

The following guidelines are intended to ensure the smooth functioning of the Association and promote a professional environment for all members.



General Guidelines
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and conduct.
  • Comply with the Constitution, Rules, and Regulations of the Association.
  • Respect the dignity of the Court, fellow advocates, judicial officers, litigants, and court staff.
  • Cooperate with the Association in all official activities and initiatives.
  • Keep your membership details and contact information updated.


Professional Conduct
  • Practice law with honesty, fairness, and professionalism.
  • Maintain respectful and courteous behaviour within the Court premises.
  • Follow the professional code of conduct prescribed by the Bar Council and applicable laws.
  • Avoid any conduct that may adversely affect the reputation of the legal profession or the Association.


Membership Responsibilities
  • Pay membership and renewal fees within the prescribed time.
  • Participate actively in meetings, seminars, workshops, and Association programs.
  • Follow notices, circulars, and official communications issued by the Association.
  • Use Association facilities responsibly and in accordance with the applicable rules.


Use of Association Facilities
Members are requested to:
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline within Association premises.
  • Use the library, meeting halls, and other facilities responsibly.
  • Protect Association property and resources from damage or misuse.
  • Report any maintenance or security concerns to the Association office.


Communication
Members should regularly visit the Association website for:
  • Notices and Circulars
  • Upcoming Events
  • Meeting Announcements
  • Election Notifications
  • Welfare Schemes
  • Downloads and Official Documents

Official communications published by the Association shall be treated as authentic and binding where applicable.



Digital Services
Members using the Association’s online services should:
  • Keep their login credentials secure.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information submitted through the portal.
  • Report any technical issues or unauthorized access immediately.
  • Use online services only for lawful and authorized purposes.


Code of Respect
All members are expected to foster an environment of mutual respect, cooperation, and collegiality. Discrimination, harassment, abusive behaviour, or misconduct in any form is inconsistent with the values of the Association and should be avoided.

Compliance
Failure to comply with the Association’s Constitution, Rules, Regulations, or applicable professional standards may result in action as provided under the governing provisions of the Association and relevant laws.
