Shivani Vaishnav

Shivani Vaishnav is an Advocate at the Rajasthan High Court with experience in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Revenue Matters, Writ Petitions, Corporate Law, and Family Disputes. She currently serves as the Library Secretary of the Rajasthan High Court Advocates’ Association, Jodhpur, contributing to the development of legal research and institutional growth.

Beyond her legal practice, she actively participates in public service and organizational leadership. She is an Executive Committee Member of the BJP Legal Cell, Jodhpur, Organization Secretary of BJP Lalsagar Mandal Mahila Morcha, Jodhpur District President of the World Human Rights Association, and Mandal Coordinator for the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative.

Committed to social welfare, she has led relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to support the welfare of senior citizens, orphans, and underprivileged communities through various social initiatives.
